How much does property styling cost?
Provided is an indicative price guideline. The final quotation is dependant on the access and the amount of furniture required.
- 1 bedroom from $2,800 + GST
- 2 bedrooms from $3,400 + GST
- 3 bedrooms from $4,000 + GST
- 4 bedrooms from $4,800 + GST
What does the price include?
Our fee includes delivery of furniture & accessories, assembly and styling, artwork hanging and pick up at completion of the sale campaign.
Are there any other costs I need to be aware of?
We have a refundable security bond of $500 inc GST that is payable at commencement of the hire period for occupied properties. At completion of the hire period and when the items have been returned, subject to no damages, we refund the full amount to you.
When is payment required for the services?
Payment is required at the time of acceptance to the quote. We accept direct credit transfer and credit card payments using Visa and MasterCard (0.909% surcharge).
How long is the hire period?
The hire period is for 4 weeks. We provide an extra 2 weeks complimentary hire if your property is not sold within the initial 4 weeks hire period.
What if the property sells earlier than the hire period?
We will arrange pick up of all items however there is no rebate.
What happens if the property does not sell?
We can offer a extension of hire. A weekly rental hire cost is included in your quote.
